Course Information

The course is beautifully chosen to highlight Townsend Park as well as the country roads of Cannonsburg. The first run leg is an all paved loop that goes in and around Townsend Park. The biking leg is on all paved roads and covers a lot of the great country scenery that the area has to offer. The third leg, final running leg, of the race has a mix of paved and gravel roads. After running a quiet gravel road, the racers are directed back into Townsend Park and then on their way to the finish line in front of the Honey Creek Inn.

The Transition Area:

All racers are required to enter and exit the transition area between the race legs. Please note that the transition area is in a dirt parking lot. While we do our best to remove large stones, it is recommended participants bring buckets or small carpet tiles to change in and out of shoes or clothing. Before the race, family or spectators are allowed until 9:15am. After the race begins, only participants are allowed in the transition area. The transition area will open for finishers to grab their gear only after every participant has begun their third leg of the race.

The Start/Finish Area:

The race will start and finish in front of the Honey Creek Inn in Cannonsburg, Mi. For more information on the village of Cannonsburg click (here)
